check oprah.com and I think all the letters get read by someone down the chain and then upper staff reads the letters that stand out the most.

I don't think she reads most of them, she probably has someone do it for her, and give her the jist of the "important" ones.

I sent her some hate mail there once, didn't hear anything back.. (That woman drives me nuts!!)
