I just heard that they are not going to bury Anna Nicole Smith till after some paternity hearing or something and I also heard that they have yet to burry James Brown who has been dead since December. Why not bury them and let them rest in peace rather than keep their bodies in storage while family members and aquaintances fight over their money and stuff?

What difference does it make? Their souls have left their bodies, and whether their souls are at rest or not is in God's hands, not the coroner's. So if you're worried about their souls, stop by a church and say a prayer for them. The bodies are just empty shells.

Don't worry, sweetie. If you go outside in the summer and pick up a handful of dirt, it's virtually certain that every single molecule in that dirt has belonged to the bodies of many, many living things at various times in the past. When people are through with their bodies, the bodies are just like worn-out clothing. The people don't need them any more. If a living thing is ordained by God to rest in peace, it doesn't need its body to do so. The creature's spirit rests with God, and the body's molecules go to make up another creature, and another, and another, and another. . .
