I think the Lamborghini Diablo is the fastest production car on the planet, and ain't it classy? I used to enjoy my Porsche 924 Turbo. European engineering, affordable, and man, could that baby accelerate. For America, I've always had a soft spot for the Mustang, but the T-bird was cool. In Australia, the Torana had the best power-to-weight ratio, but the Monaro was a dream ride.
The MGs had class. I once had an open topped MGA with twin carburettors, 1958 vintage. Not only was it a vision of sex, you could hear those carbies gargling the fuel. It was a two seater, and thanks to the vintage, seatbelts were not mandatory. Some ******** cut in front of me on Christmas day 1986 in Bondi. The car was a write off. Insurance covered it, but hell, I couldn't replace it. Cars are great!
