Since I'm a straight female I would go with Bob Saget (he is the Full House dad right?) and I've never had a good father figure so...and I don't know who Ralphie May is. If I were a lesbian I'd go with Barbara. She'd be the most interesting to talk to and I could use a good cry.

If by a date, you mean just go out with the person to dinner or something and nothing romantic or sexual then I'd just chill out with Bob Saget. He seems like a funny guy.
