push ups or "flys" - lie on your back, legs up, hold 5-10 lb weights and start with your hand over your chest. fly your arms to the floor and back up again - go slow it'll burn more.

the "natural way" is to do bench press, bucuz there is not external weight. U should be able to push ur self off the floor. Do about 200 a day, and u'll be godd. Not like 200 straight. Do sets like 10 push ups 10 times in the morning, and repeat in the vening. But to get a HUGE chest, then u have to turn to supplements like protein shakes, and the latest craze: creatine. Take them with push ups and u'll be a monster!!!

do a push up while having your feet elevated about 12inches and your hands on 2 push up bars. this will not only build the chest, but expanded it as well.

With weights: Flys or dumbbell press.

With body weight: pushups, perhaps with feet elevated.
