follow your intuition? Or ignore it, when it is telling you what you don't want to hear?

I don't usually follow my intuition when it's most of the time right. It's not because of what I want to hear either. Sometimes it's a certain situation you have to stay in until you're able to do it.

I follow my intuition and it usually turns out the right way....

when I was younger -- well, I didn't want to hear it, see it or feel it and OH! OH! I got into so much trouble! My intuition shows up in my mind as little red flags. I follow my little red flags.

When in doubt: DON'T!

I usually follow my intuition because I want to know if it's true, good news or bad.

I have learned to. The one time that I didn't turned out very badly. I meet this girl and didn't like her when I first saw her. I never even talked to her and didn't like her. I ignored my intuition and made friends with her. She did some pretty nasty things. So now I listen to that inner voice.

I do tend to follow my instincts. It is what has been saving my *** from doing something stupid. Though, I also tend to think about it ten times or more before doing some actions. Sometimes, we have to admit that they are just feelings and could be nothing more. If you try to think things through before doing something you feel you should do, you need to at least think of the possible outcomes.
Telling myself the worst case scenarios in regards with doing things that I want or just had to do definitely helps on making me emotionally prepared if in case it does happen (worst case scenarios). But like what i said, I tend to analyze the situation first.

Follow your Intuition. It may be someone trying to contact or help you that has died. Physic (Clairvoyant) Powers.
