Slow sad songs (R&B, adult contemporary) usually do the trick...Bonnie Raitt "I Can't Make You Love Me" always seems to knock me out

alot of slow classical music work for me
but sumtimes i end up writing my own while im listening to bach or beethoven or Edgar Meyer(plays alot of Pablo de Sarasate and hes an awesome bass player). i write alot of my own and record it and listen to that at nite!
