I recently saw this movie,I know,I know,Its old ....I think.Anyways,I found this movie repulsive and not right at all.....The old man,that girls dad obsessing about his daughters friend and then the whole gay thing,what the heck was that all about?I am very interested to know if anyone,anyone at all,felt that way too?!!!

I did like the movie too after I set aside the other things...But when I first started watching it I was like,what the hell is this

I LOVED IT! It was a great movie. Granted, the dad crushing on the daughter's best friend was a bit creepy but man, what a great film!

I just saw this movie recently too, I unlike you though liked it. It really made me think about what is going on in others mind who can be considered normal. The twist at the end about the gay guy was intersting though a bit disturbing.

I Love it! He's having a mid-life crisis! Thats why he's obsessing over the teen ager! Anyway he comes to his senses at the end and freaks out that he was about to do it with her. I like that the crazy militant neighbor was gay. Its trying to tell you that " hey you just never know". Its an eye opener, i mean it was the middle of suburbia, it could be your neighborhood....

i think its a great movie.......not all movies have to b soppy and straight.
men oggle women/girls until they die..the only diff between a dirty old man and a dirty young man is age.
