That is a great question, it is important to think first and then talk cause then you would say something that was not what you wanted to say.

This may be a false dillema. Perhaps both are integral at times, while at others, thinking becomes more imporant, while at yet others, saying b ecomes more important.

Well prob what you think--it determines how you react to the world and how you feel about yourself--we need to be true to ourselves--people tell white-lies all the time to coddle people--now if we actually told people what we really thought in lieu of arguments, hurt feelings--we would hurt others.
Kind of a tricky question--what we think and hold back can hurts ourselves and what we say can hurt others. I think be true to yourself to be happy.

what you think is only heard inside of yourself. that would lead me to believe what you say is more important. just because everyone has heard what you say does not make it important. that leads me back to what you think is more important. however if you only know what you think, than it does not matter.

To you, what you think is more important.
To others, what you say is more important.

Thinking is more important because when speaking you can lie, mislead or say it all wrong. But when thinking, it's just pure thought...if you know what I mean.

What you say is important because people judge you on what you say. They don't know what you think unless you say it.

What you think because you just might let it out some day. But that would mean that what you say is really the issue. But if what you're thinking is what you're saying then there's really no problem...Definitely what you think. ^_^

its unfortunate that it works that way lol, usually the ones who speak are the ones who need to be quiet, but all that chatter never amounts to anything important in my opinion. its the thoughtful that take action
