How can I pass a UA in a home remedy sorta way??

Well since homeopathic 'remedies' are just plain water, I'd say it is highly unlikely that they will help eliminate any drug metabolites from your body.
Also you may get suggestions for drinking an insane amount of water. Drinking too much water CAN actually kill you.
I am unaware of ANY truly effective method of beating a UA other than not doing drugs while working at places that conduct random UAs.
