Hello Crystal Woods,

Yes, go back to your System Preferences and under the Hardware section click on Energy Saver and slide all of the sliders to never. You can always manually put your Mac to sleep.

Now click on Show all and go back to the main screen. Under the Personal heading, click on Desktop & Screen Saver. The Screen Saver tab puts you where you can slide the Start screen saver slider to what ever you want.

I love VersionTracker, but Apple has a bunch of free Screen Savers available to download here:

http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/icons_screensavers/

Enjoy.

the screen saver goes on when the time is up in the "desktop & screen saver" system preference

the sleep mode is controlled by "energy saver" system preference.

change the times and you've solved your problem.

for free screensavers I like to hit http://versiontracker.com or http://www.macupdate.com/ they both have searches!
