Lev Vygotsky is a social developmental theorist.

If you're interested in social cognitive theory (social learning theory), look up Albert Bandura.

Developmental theorists (other than Bowlby and Harlow) - Piaget, Erikson, Kohlberg, Brofenbrenner, and Freud...
