hello i dont know if you can help me but i thought it was worth a shot.I have a YH-820 samsung mp3 player.When i turn on the player it says " connect to pc and repair firmware with recovery utility" i tried doing that but it still keep saying this.Someone please help me:(

in case you do not already have the present firmware improve i'd get that from the samsung website and attempt that first. If there remains has a situation after that i'd digital mail samsung and word what they are holding. good success.
