Contact the Registrar of your school. He/She usually houses the main database and can set your email account up to receive weekly progress reports. However, I must caution you... most teachers do not keep up with inputting grades on a weekly basis. Most are at least a week behind. Keep in mind each of your teachers probably has many hundred students with many hundreds of assignments to grade each week. This is on top of teaching for 7 hours every day.... cut them a little bit of slack and request progress reports every two weeks.

Secondly, YOU can keep track of your grades by keeping returned homework in a folder or file. This is important at any rate because you can always go back and dispute a grade if you have proof in the submitted, graded, and returned homework. At the end of each quarter, go through the papers and throw away stuff like daily homework or no credit assignments. Keep the big stuff (reports, projects etc) for at least one semester.

The school district I went to would have weekly progress reports if parents requested it, I believe you'd have to contact your guidance counselor and they'd then contact all your teachers and they'd have to fill out a form every week about what your grades have been that week, attendence, tardiness...all that fun stuff. But that's a bit complicated so why not just keep an open communication with your teachers and keep track of all your grades yourself. That would be the easiest for all around.

Go to your guidance office. They will contact the teachers to get this going.
