What are the chances of getting a job at A & F if you applied and were not refered by a brand rep, vs. being refered there by a brand rep or offered a position there? I can tell you that I am a very good looking half asian & half indian guy who mostly looks mexican since thats what most people see me as. I wasnt approached by a brand rep nor offered a job there, but I went in today and applied and will be attending a group interview next friday. During the group interview, do they consider how good you can answer the questions that they ask, or is it mostly based all on your looks/the way you dress/etc...??? Is there anything else I should know ???

Well I went to a group interview at hollister when I had applied and I could of sworn that it was based on looks. Yes, you have to answer questions and it helps to answer them well but most of the questions are not even serious stuff. Things like "what is your favorite animal?" and things like that is what you will mostly get asked. They want energetic, good looking, flexible with their hours type of young people. So, as long as you dress like a A&F guy, answer the questions as happy and energetic as possible then you have a chance. Also, I did notice that it does very much help to KNOW SOMEONE. Your chances will be almost 100% if you know someone who already works there and can put a good word in for you.

Good Luck!

well, I am soooooooo sure that the fitst thing that they are gonna be looking at is gonna be the way that you look, and also try to go Abercrombie and fitched out you know, cause right there I am not saying that they are racist, but they only hire very good looking people. Oh, just to tell you that store is awsome, thats practiclly my whole closet. But anyways, just try to impress, and the talking does matter too. just rememner, make them like you, although the first impression is not always the best one huh. GOOD LUCK
