Cilantro is the best weed also known as coriander, smells and taste great, in sauces and chillies and Pica De Guio, I have never tried it smoked, I do like it fresh !!!

There are many types of beneficial weeds. Dandelions, make good wine....hemp makes good rope.....wild onions make good salad.
dandelion, lambs quarter, poke and dock make a good spinach substitute.
My all time favorite is Dill Weed....Not dill Seed...
Weed!
