Any investment can give you a very high yield if you know about what you are investing in, have studied it thoroughly and are well experienced with the kind of investment you choose to invest in. I love real estate and stock market investing.

You might want to take a look at the following portfolio. Each stock pays a big dividend:

This is from http://www.top10traders.com - this is a free site that lets you create a portfolio of stocks with $100,000 in "play" money. Each day the site ranks the best performing portfolios, so you can see how your picks perform compared to other investors. You can read posts on investing from the best traders, as well as share your own investing ideas. There is a charting feature, so you can see how your portfolio performs compared to the S&P 500. Also, you can create your own "group" so that you can see how you are doing compared to your friends.

Here are this month's best traders:

Good luck.

This really depends if you are looking the the short term or long term. You have to decide if you're looking for a trade or an investment. For the long term, I prefer solid, high dividend paying companies. Short term; you can always go with momentum trading, but that is very risky. Or it you don't like stocks, go with bonds or CDs.
