Millsberry HELP! What do they mean here?

The shoreline in lakeview. Go to "The City" then click on lakeview, and then click on the lakeshore.

I can't click on it.

It seems that winter coming to Millberry has prevented citizens from being able to get to this canvas, possibly due to the lake being partially frozen. I would try again after spring comes to Millsberry.

wait around 1~2 months and go again. same with the sunflower on the side of the road
