Assuming you're in the USA, you can sue for anything you want. If you're not in the USA, you need to specify what country you're in, as laws may vary.
However, you'd have to be your own counsel, as I seriously doubt any lawyer would take this. Moreover, a suit like this is certain to get thrown out as frivolous, and you'll be stuck with court costs and maybe a countersuit.

no you can not sue... your medical bills would have to be more than 20 dollars... in order to take anything to court it has to be more or equal to 20 dollars. why would you want to any ways it would be healed before you even got a fourth of the papers filled out. haha...think how insain your lawers judge and book company would think you were!!
