What is the best Cingular phone?

I was thinking about a Razr, but do they work well? I want a camera phone and a phone that doesn't suck(and doesn't work well).

All my siblings and their spouses (and children) have the RAZR phone from Cingular. They tried every other phone, and found the RAZR to be the best. Personally I thinks its a little overrated, but it seems that RAZR fits the trick. My dad is going to buy him and I both RAZRs and we are the only ones without Cingular we have Alltel.
