although we have a Paliamentry system, will it not be benificial though if we only allowed 2 terms for one person , if the ruling party wins again then some one else should be elected as the primnister. It will reduce lot of corruption and patronizing.

Why would the Prime Minister vote to only be allowed to serve two terms? The Prime Minister is in the position because he has been appointed the leader of his political party. We do not actually vote in the Prime Minister.

Term limits are not neccessary. If you want an official out, then vote him/her out. why limit someone? would you want a term limit on your job?
