Because he won 2 elections for president. Winning in 2004 means that he will remain president until 1/20/2009.

Because the black votes were mysteryiously not counted. And, the black community couldn't get a backing because no senator would endorse their problem. That must of been a real kick in the balls for ol' Gore boy since he had to turn them away from the senate for no endorsements.
