Depends on if you're a girl or a guy and your tolerance.
It contains roughly 5% alcohol which is similar to beer. One beer equals a shot of hard liquor.
You can use that as something to measure by because I've seen people drink 5-6 of those and not get phased while some one-shot wonder takes it and is drunk off their as*.
Me, personally, 4-5.

For girls i'd say about 4 ur at the perfect drunkness but more you'll be wreckless and may not remember and may be begin to feel sick.
