lol. Not quite. It's like this:
Most people who have mental illness do not suspect themselves as having one. Some deny it, and others don't even bother listening. Most people find out they have mental illness when they go for a check up with a psychologist.
On the other hand, people who are more 'sane' will occasionally point at themselves as being 'crazy' but that’s because it's a natural response to an action an individual has done. It's normal. So don't freak out.
If you're still concerned, maybe make an appointment with a psychologist?

No its NOT true that you are NOT Crazy if you question your own sanity. One can question ones own sanity weather the are crazy or not and the simple fact of if you do or not won't change things.

i'm crazy. Not clinically diagnosed as being crazy though. So, I am sorry. I have irrational thoughts, substance abuse out my butt. I can't even explain. Why would you want this question asked?

That's an old adage. It means that a truly insane person would not know the difference. He would not be aware and would not ask. If you wonder about whether you have all your marbles, you "could" be a few short. And, its worth checking out while you have some wits about you.

By my name, I will assume you know that I am an expert on insanity. Crazy people sometimes actually know that they are insane. Most do not, however. That is why I keep them tied up and gagged.

No, realizing you have a problem won't change the fact you have a mental illness. I understand I have schizophrenia and it took me a long time to realize it but it doesn't change anything I'm still the way I am
