Considering that Dr. Condelezza Rice is the de-facto president of America - with George Bush serving as a spokesman for Dr. Rice's policies to reinvent the world - Americans, doesn't America already have a black and female president...?

The democrats seem to be celebrating the fact that Pelosi and Hillary are women and Obama is a black guy. I thought gender and race didn't matter to democrats.
