you will have to go to the auto parts store and buy a circut tester with a light in it that looks similar to a screwdriver with a wire hanging out of the back with a roach clip on the end and connect the roach clip to something metal and poke the pointy end of the tool into the slots where the wires are on the back of the window switch untill you trigger the window to go up change slots if the window dosent move

Sounds like the Window Motor shorted out. Needs to be replaced.
Does not sound like a fuse. Electric windows usually run off the same fuse or split in conjunction with something else. Read the Manual DO NOT pull a fuse with the ignition on. if you can find the fuse you can pull it out and if there is NO Brake of the connection in the fuse then the fuse is still good.
If there is a Brake then go to the Auto store and pick up the same fuse. Always put the same Nuber color in. NNEVER Go lower thanthat number for that fuse.
I have a 2001 Chevy z24 Driver side motor had stopped on me a few times while going up.
Pretty much you need a Window motor replaced. Figure $150.00 to about $300.00 Best is to take it to a dealer this way you know the job is done right and if you have a GM Model you always get 1year /12,000 miles warrenty which ever comes first.

Electric windows are notorious for this problem,if it will come up enough for you to get a hold on it mash the button with one hand and pull up on the window at the same time,if that works don't roll it all the way down next time...

Unfortunately this is not an easy "do-it-yourself" repair. You're going to need professional help. Just tape a clear plastic bag over the open window and drive it to the dealer, or bodyshop, or window repair shop nearest you.
