Searched Google and TN.gov with no luck. Where can I get this VERY important info?

Absent an order of custody to the contrary, custody of a child born out of wedlock is with the mother.

36-2-104. Presumption of Parentage.

(a) A man is rebuttably presumed to be the father of a child if:

(1) he and the child's mother are married or have been married to each other and the child is born during the marriage or within 300 days after the marriage is terminated by death, annulment, declaration of invalidity, or divorce;

Can a judge over rule this law? If not can she have the "sperm donor's" parental rights revoked?

Try searching your state's law library. Most have a website now. No sense paying a lawyer for what you can do for yourself.

I wonder what the senetor or house of represtative from your State has to say abt it...
