Well, when I was 11, I was in complete love with Limited Too (though, I had not really discovered any other trendy clothes store yet). The had really great quality for some time, but I hated if you made one mistake in the washer, the clothes would shrink completely, ESPECIALLY the jeans. They would go from being normal, to being above my ankle. The fit of the jeans would also get ruined. However, LTD2 did copy the trends of the older teen stores, which was nice (or well I found it out like when I first visited AE<3). And even today, they have MUCH cheaper versions of flip flops that are similar to Abercrombie's and Hollister's. Plus, they have a lot of cute flats now and now they have dresses that would appeal more to the preteens again, not those "ugly, 5 colors-dresses that gave bad fits" anymore. So, they have gotten better recently, and it was a major store for the girls my 6th grade year.
But, I don't recommend wearing it when puberty really comes around. The shirts don't really flatter your waist (just hangs there not showing your waist, or they make your shoulders look broad by being half way up your stomach). The pants might be too short, or too long and too big. The bathing suits were awful for me, if it did fit properly, it would be too big or it just would give an ugly look.
Yet, their underwear section is the best. They really got some pointers when Victoria's Secret owned them. Overall though, Limited Too was great for me when I was 11, but I am trying to keep away from the clothes part of it now (even though they have my "size"). The accessories and shoes are still awesome though! Oh, and GREAT SALES/coupons, I got one from their catazine recently and I most likely will use it.

When I was eleven I totally switched. I used to shop at limited too but then I (with urging from my friend) changed to Hollister, Pacsun, and Aeropostale. Now as a young teen I wouldn't be caught dead in limited too.

when i was 8 i shopped there. it's a bit on the expensive side, with nothing special really to offer. there's nothing that wrong w/it, but if i were shopping for my sis or my (future) kid, i'd prob go elsewhere just cuz it's like abercrombie minus the clothes that all look alike, minus the moose, minus the shirtless guys and plus tons of glitter.
