In Internet Explorer, a popup comes up to accept or deny a certificate. It is annoying for my Dad. How do I disable that so that the computer will ignore the Publishers Certificate??

go into tools then internet options-advanced, go down till you see the right box, uncheck it. at the top of ie, or in control panel.

IE/Tools/Internet Options/.security/internet/custom level/settings
Go down the page
check mark. " Don't Prompt for etc "
But not advisable. You will end up with all
sorts of unwanted material, unless you are sure about the web site.
I doubt your dad is annoyed !
