DO NOT wear pants that don't come to the top of your shoe--@ least! DO walk with confidence and put all your weight on the balls of your feet, not your heels, you'll trip! and don't switch when you walk, put one foot in front of the other very delicately--very feminine!

Shoes are your passion. You love shopping for them, trying them on and — most of all — buying them. High heels are the mainstay of your professional image and a highlight of dressing for nights on the town.

But your feet don't feel so great, and they look even worse. Forced too often into the tight confines of the narrow toe box of your high heels, your toes have bent into an unnatural position. As a result, you've developed bumps and areas of thickened skin that rub painfully against your shoes. Are your beloved high heels the source of your foot problems?

In fact, they probably are. High heels are one of the biggest factors leading to foot problems in women. The other is age. Frequently wearing high heels, along with the natural changes in your aging feet, can set the stage for foot problems.

Do:Have a nice posture, Wear a nice cut jean, get some you can actually walk in, get some fo different occasions, have fun with them!

Don't: slouch(you'll look shorter than you are on those heels), get to high of heels(they look ridiculous), wear them with the type of jean(this looks really tacky if its not the right cut)

High heels are over rated these days. They're very bad for your feet and terrible on your posture. Maybe a low heel would be better suiting, if you're worried about the above issues.

Don't wear a mini skirt! And buy some inserts or blister pads because you will most definately need them!

When trying them on, put on both shoes, and walk around for a few minutes and standing still.

uh, TTPAWPAW, all profiles that don't have a pic look like that. that doesnt mean all of them are guys...*dense*...ahem. anyway, i personally hate hate hate stillettos taller than 3 in, cuz not only are u wobbly and physically impaired, but twisting ur ankle is possible if u fall.

i like thicker heels (they're in nowadays anyway) and patent colors are fun! make sure the straps arent too loose and fit right.

First of all, if you are a he as you profile suggest, then I wouldn't wear heels at all, unless it is time for you to come out of the closet.
