It really depends on whether or not you ovulate on your own and whether your tubes are open and also what your husband's sperm count is.

I had a friend who tried IVF but after a few trys her and her husband stopped a couple of months later she got pregnant naturally. I suppose it all depends. But it can happen. The best thing would be to see your doctor and ask him. All the best.
