nWo will never face DX because they are essentually the same group. In fact both Micheal Hickenbottom and Sean Waltman have been members of both groups.

DX vs NWO is as likely as Hogan vs Austin. Both are extremely far fetched but still barely within the realm of possibility. VKM vs DX is impossible right now, but in a year or two may be possible. It would be the New Age Outlaws vs DX, though.
