And how long do you think it will take to study for this test and how long do you think it will take to learn how to drive if u know how to drive go carts and golf carts

The reading and comprehension part is really going to stop you. But then again, it is Texas.

I am in Texas and I found the test to be a snap. Just read the manual a few times, and be prepared to think logically.

As far as driving skills, there's no substitute for actual driving practice in a real car. Go carts and golf carts are different in scope and scale and will only lull you into a false sense of security. Get a learner's permit, drive for a few eeks (with a licensed driver - or better yet with a licensed instructor), and then take the road test.

Not necessarily, depends on the the DPS department you go to. If you go to mckinney or frisco texas they have high standards.. where as amarillo and laredo have lower standards

check the areas
