Anyone can change, but that doesn't mean they deserve to be trusted. And if they truly do change, then they would be able to understand that their horrible acts have tainted them as a human for life.

i imagine you may want to experience somewhat otherwise in case you've been raped or in case you someone murdered. I grew up in a nasty community so I spoke of a tremendous variety of gang interest. I spoke of a guy stabbed to demise some ft remote from me even as i change into 5. human beings do not replace. you are able to't advance an ethical experience in case you not in any respect had one to began with. those human beings opt to be removed from society.

Change what? The desire to overpower, humiliate, infrltrate and sexually molest and often brutally harm another against their will? I wouldn't trust a reformed rapist, put it that way.

I believe that it has happened... about as often as Haley's Comet, though. I don't think it's something that happens often enough that we could consider risking the use of that minute possiblity into sentencing, for instance.
As a rule, no. I don't think so.

I would guess that there is no universal answer, as maybe some of them can but when I see these catholic priest cases where the history of victims is long and stretches over several states over the course of several years, I tend to think that they cannot!

If they are serial rapists, serial being defined as twice, then they probably wont change and should be put to death since there is not place in society for them. If they only did it once, they have a chance.

Absolutely not. It's been proven that criminals like that (and psycho murders) have some sort of alteration in their brain that makes them that way. Can't be repaired, its jsut who they are..
Kind of like how people are straight or homosexual..Or neat-freaks or slobs.. its just something in their brain that makes them tick that way and it can't be helped.
