Help with a character thing?

Please help!!! I want to figure out w hat these guys are called. They are so cute and i want to make my own myspace layout with these guys. So i need to know what they are called. In case the link doesn't work they are little guys that have hearts on their chest. they always say cute things and funny things. Please help!!!
