I have a 200 Watt head that pushes a 4x10, 4ohm cab. I also have a 100 Watt combo amp with a 15" speaker, I believe it is 8ohm. I would like to know how I can run my bass thru both at the same time - for extra tone shaping, without sizzling anything.

You could use either a channels splitter (bunch of those in online stores, like musiciansfriend) - they let you either switch between amps or use both, or use one amp & two guitars, etc. Better yet, you can buy a stereo effect like chorus and from it connect to two amps - stereo chorus produces slightly shifted effect between the channels so you'd get a LOT of sound that way. The pro way would be using a small mixer to run two totally independent channels with separate effeccts and such, but I don't think you want to go there financially.
