My car would do that on less than two tanks of gas.
I cannot imagine it would cost much more than $100.
This new feature of Mapquests is for gas prices, click on the area and see what the price of gas is and where.

There may be a website,\
Depends on the price of fuel in the different parts that you are traveling in. and it will depend on what type of vehicle you are driving , how many people are in the vehicle, or if your vehicle is overloaded, your speed, traffic conditions, and the route you are taking (highway/street/) I went from Atlantic City NJ to Williamsburg Va and although it had taken me 6 hrs to get there I only topped off the tank before I left, once on the way, and when I got there I topped it off again. so figure on about 2 stops for you fill up before you leave, and track your TRIP MILEAGE to see how far you got,
Keep your eye on the fuel gage.
God Bless and have a safe trip....

Need more details, as the type of car you are driving will make a difference, time of day/night will determine traffic you are involved in, which also factors the gas mileage, and what type of driver you are. There are other factors to also consider, but these are a few.

its roughly 558 miles from buffalo to richmond. In my caprice which get 18mpg a trip like that would cost about $70 in gas. Assuming that gas is running $2.25 per gallon

Depends on the mileage of your car and the total miles of your trip. Most cars have a 24 miles per gallon mileage on the road. So
just follow this mathematical relation.
(Gas price in gallons)*Total distance in miles divided by 24.
You may want to add in the tolls.

It all depends on the mileage of the car, and how far, and how much the gas costs!!!
