How many of you know what the 'MK-Ultra' is? If you do, I want to know your explanation of them. And what you think about it.

Early 1950s CIA sponsored mind control program, attempting to create couriers who had been hypnotically conditioned to not divulge information, or assassins who couldn't be tracked, etc.

That is the name of the new Phillip Morris "non nicotine" cigarette.
The Ultra is the tobacco companies shot at trying to gain back more smokers thru the non use of the habit forming drug nicotine.
Seems weird to me since the nicotine is the agent which holds their customers!!

Mostly american hysterical anti-communist brain washing experiments with drugs and electric stimulation of the brain. Stupid really, but I wouldn't be surprised if we dig up some garbage later about Bush doing something similar.

MK-Ultra stands for Mortal Kombat Ultra. It also goes by the name Mortal Kombat 8. It's the first fully 3D version of the game.
