Yes, I have to agree with the above comment. All you could do here is to submit your page/url to SEs and directories. Try having your own website by buying a domain. There are definitely low costs sites/domains out there.

Nothing. Because your very restricted when uses free webspace.
I run a concept name website that relates to military secrets, ufo' and stuff like that. www.classifyanything.com
If you need to promote your idea (site) I can give you free banner advertising to send visitors to your site. But for you to benefit from this you would have to send visitors to my site so that they can see your banner.
My site is a classified ad website that can be co-coverted to the kind of stuff you do.
