There aren't any direct from flights Hawaii to Madagascar. Cheapest way would be to find a charter to NYC, from there to Paris and then to Madagascar.
I once flew from Texas to madagascar. It's really exhausting. Arrived in NYC, took a night flight to Paris arrived in morning and left the next day at night for Antananarivo. Arrived dead, but had a great vacation, so it was worth it.
