Depends where you are departing from, but you can get good deals out of Britian's Gatwick airport. I used miles from the US to Heathrow, then took a bus over to Gatwick and bought a ticket on the red eye from Gatwick to Nairobi.

Okay girl, the thing you need to do is make a rich friend and then ask to borrow the money. Use it to get a plane ticket, get your **** to Africa, get married, bring fiance and his daughter home to your family Well good luck getting there.
