my husband, who I am seperated from, keeps hacking into my email somehow. I have changed password, etc, but I don't know how he is doing it. he does it at his work. but enough is enough, he comes over and watches the kids and goes through my crap. other than empty threats, i don't know how to get him to stop invading my privacy. everytime I go somewhere and he has the kids, he has some sort of anxiety attack because he assumes I am out with someone else, even if i am at the grocery store. he has even went out a couple times searching for me. what is wrong with him? and do I have any recourse to get him to stop invading my privacy or else? isn't this illegal or something.

Change your internet provider and email addy to where it is one he does not know and cannot hack into. From now on dont let him come to your house to watch the kids take the kids to his house instead and you pick them up there and change your locks and make sure he does not have a key. you may need to get a restraint order against him if he is harrassing you. He is stalking you and this is not right. Seems like he is obsessed. This is definitley illegal. You also may want to retain a lawyer to help you with this as well. You amy also want to file for divorce since he is so controlling and possessive. He seems obsessive.
You also may want to contact yahoo abuse about this and report him as well.

Yes its illegal. Contact yahoo and see what your options are. If he is getting on your computer, create a password to open the computer up and erase all other users. This way he cannot get to a page at all.
Also, he could have some sort of spymail thingy. I had a recent email sent to me and it offered a program that allowed u to see all conversations from any user of the computer. All u had to know was their ID. It automatically allowed u to see conversations on yahoo archives and stuff.
Perhaps he has purchased this item and u need to see what you can do to stop this invasion of your privacy.
You can also delete your account and make an entirely new one. Again, u must not let him know what it is. as he can access this with the program.
I guess its time for u to do some digging as well and see what kind of tools he has.

1. Explain that you are now NOT TOGETHER
2. Do not give him access to you computer - remove mains etc..
3. If he is doing this from work - contact his employer - this is illegal and he will be disciplined.
4. Contact your internet provider and give them the details.
5. Get a restaining order and report him for stalking.
6. Keep a diary of all threats etc..
7. Stop giving him access in YOUR HOME.
I hope this is what you were looking for - but if all else fails get the local rugby/soccer guys to kick his sorry ***.

Invasion of privacy is illegal and you can get a restraining order against him to keep him away from you and your home. As far a hacking into your e-mail you need to change your password again
but this time make it harder for him to crack it. Use numbers, symbols and both lower and upper case letters as he is more than likely using a crack program and using a password such as I have described makes it harder if not almost impossible to crack.

Why are you still married to this man?
Of course it's illegal what he's doing. Get some legal advice and stop him. If he gets worst you could even get a restraining order.
He sounds obsess with you. He has a right to see your kids but if you don't love him anymore, do something legal to keep him out of your private life.

1st of all why is he washing the kids at your house and not at his
you are separate
take you computer to a repair or an expert and find out how he is able tp hack into your e-mail
By the way you may take this ligh but the man is obsess soyou need to take step to protect yourself

I think you should tell him stay out of your business. Maybe he should stop watching the kids at your house. As far as him going into your e-mail,change your e-mail address.If he continues to harass you maybe you should get a restraining order.

this isnt going anyway nip it in the bud . .divorce him now and put a restraining order on him.and he will quit get the divorce over with as soon as possible and go your seperate ways you are in a heap of trouble .

put something down for him to see make it two pages and make sure that y ou put on the second page that it was just for him get nakes and email yourself the pictures of you and some guy
