I don't get a bell sound, more like a whistle. It's definitely a ringing noise, whatever it is. I've always had inner ear and balance problems. I looked up the symptoms one day and it could be a symptom of vertigo. Mine comes and goes, so I don't see a doctor for it, but if your symptoms don't go away, and you find yourself getting dizzy whether you're standing or sitting, you might wanna talk to your doc. There's medicine for vertigo.

Yes, when I was younger. Talk to your doctor. In my case, it was just one of my personalities playing the xylophone; but in some cases, it could be serious.
