most likely but when has legalities ever stopped someone from doing what they wanted to. I mean heck i just downloaded Eureka 7 vol.1-3 and Neon Genesis Evangelion Angelic Days.

It's illegal, but who's gonna catch you? Plenty of people have been doing piracy and stuffs... As long as you don't distribute it in classes or to lots of people or send it too much, chances are you won't get caught.... To be honest, I don't think the authorities (if there's any) couldn't be bothered....
