I dont think that he's stupid enough to "physically" murder her. I think he pushed the drugs on her and her son.

Howard K. Stern isn't the murder. There was no foul play in Anna Nicole's death, reports confirm after her autopsy late this morning. There was once again, no foul play or intended roughhousing involved. There were some marks on Anna Nicole's back, but those were from a recent trip up and didn't kill her. The only forms of acceptable detail are that Anna Nicole was sick earlier that week and she had possible flu symptoms, but death wasn't the case with her flu. There aren't any finalized death reports or who's the father of the baby yet. We still have to ponder upon all of that, and there's still time for that. its a bit much when they both died from the same cause & circumstance. my feeling is to investigate Howard K. Stern thoroughly. its easy to get away with murder in an already dysfunctional family, I think he planned this long ago...the Supreme Court decision to allow Anna to challenge inheriting a multi-million $ fortune from her ex-husband could be Mr. Sterns motive for easy riches. By removing Daniel, a direct heir, and then Anna Nichole, he could gain custody of Danilyn and control more money than he'd otherwise see in many lifetimes. If he did plan this, it would be the best time & way to strike. (Anna Nicole's death could be blamed on depression from losing her son as well as post-partum depression). Stern planned this. How could he allow/encourage Anna to take drugs while pregnant and after? How could anyone do that without ulterior motives? Larry Birkhead would have stopped Anna if he had been allowed access to her, which was blocked by Howard K (killer) Stern.
Larry Birkhead did not have opportunity to murder, Stern did. And he 'conveniently' was in another area of the hotel when Anna was found...investigate him. It is very suspicious, in my opinion.
Watch Stern closely to see how fiercely he fights for custody of Anna's baby! He will not let the baby go, she is his ticket to fortune. God will deal with him but God bless Anna (Vicky) & Daniel I pray. May God allow Anna to find her son and help him to find peace in death.

I don't understand why Howard and Anna wouldn't let the baby's DNA be tested if he really was the father.
Now that Anna's dead the father the real father would have paternity and control the half billion so why kill her, she was his meal ticket.
If he is the father then maybe he did mix a fatal combo in her pill bottle to give him complete control over the money but nobody will ever be able to prove it because she was depressed and was known to get totally f#%ed up on a regular basis.

Oh, he's not stupid at all. Even if the child is not his, he could have the real father and the courts tied up in the courts until the child is 18. This man is an attorney, are we to underestimate him? Not I. You can bet your a$s, the next thing that will surface is a legal and binding, Last Will and Testament of Anna Nicole's that says she wants her child to remain w/Howard K. Stern, watch.

I think he may have. They have been talking about how they saw Howard K. Stern flushing methodone down the toilet. I remember hearing about how when Daniel died that Anna was in the room and she screamed " It's all your fault" to Howard. I think he may have drugged her up to make her forget about that he killed her, and then she died. It's such a sad ending. I just wish little Danniellynne the best of luck in her life because we all know she is going to be around in the spotlight all of her life and she is going to have to deal with all of this.

I think he did it. He could not even look at the camera when he was interviewed. I feel he had something to do with Anna and Daniel's death. I may be wrong but he got rid of Daniel who would have been next in line for her money. Then he got rid of Anna, therefore Baby Danny Lynn was the only one left. I just feel he did it.

Amazingly i am beginning to suspect the same thing. He would seem like an all too likely story. After severe depression (because the loss of her son), Anna Nicole would commit suicide. Leaving a manipulating Lawyer to be the heir of her fortune or misfortune i should say.

Sources tell ET Anna Nicole did have a will. It was created before Daniel's death and named him as her sole heir. Howard was named as the executor of her estate. Soon after that Daniel dies in the bahamas where the U.S cannot touch him, then he brings her to an Indian reservation in Florida where the U.S goverment cannot get involved and she dies, coincidence or MURDER

I don't think he murdered her, I do think that he lusted after her for many years and she only felt friendship for him. I think that Howard Stern found her weakness which were drugs and he supplied her with them morning noon and nite.. As she spun out of control from the drugs, that when he gained control of her life. I think towards the end he was in charge of everything and everyone around her. Its sad because I thought she was great.
