Some of my DVD's start playing on my laptop and the soundtrack is running in a loop but the movie itself never plays.
Brand new laptop using PowerDVD software.

Any suggestions?

Blow through the disc drive because mabe the lens got dusty. Or go to best buy and buy a lens cleaner they raly work and are only 12$ or clean the disc u want to play with windex all of thoose rellly work

A good software to use to play DVD's is called "VLC" or "Video LAN". It's a free program, downloadable at the below website. It's worth a try.
