window 98 se?

i want to biuld one system that was design for run old game sthat will not run on xp and vista such as jane's longbow 2 f-15. i want to use window 98se but i am not sure which hardware i will need to get .. it must be intel mobo only no 3th party company only intel motherboard with intel P 4 processer.

Why 98 se? You could just use the feature build into Windows XP which allows you to run the program in win98 mode?
