I wanna know if it is possible to make a stain-killer for Chocolate Ice Cream and Black smudges (tried a stain-killer on a white shirt w/ black stripes and black smudged on white).

There are a couple of good stain fighters. One being a bar of Ivory soap, dampen the area and rub the soap into it, let set then wash as normal. Could also make a paste with your powdered laundry detergent and rub into the dampened stain. Also let set then wash as normal. Always check the garment before tossing in the dryer to make sure the stain is removed. If still there, do not dry and repeat the previous removal methods. Not all stains will come out unfortunately

Soak your apparel in an oxy-based cleaner. That's all you will need and it won't remove the dyes. I use it all the time. In fact, I had some favorite shirts that I could not longer wear until I soaked them in the oxy-based cleaner from a dollar store. Now I wear them to work.
