i didn't realize what day it was and he took off but i didn't. we've only been dating a few weeks but its been an intense few weeks. what should i tell him? he didn't get upset that I didn't get off work but i know i have to be giving the impression that i don't care. i already feel spoiled by him but i don't want him to think that i don't appreciate all he has done because i love it. however i don't have a lot of money to do anything in return or even know what to do (and its too late to take off work). so any ideas? other than anything sexually because he'll already be getting that.

he won't be working that day
so, he can make dinner
--you buy the fixin's

tell him you'll bring home dessert
--buy something unusual (but that he likes)

if you guys are drinkers
he'll have a head start on you
so, he'll be relaxed

keep that in mind
and try to catch the mood
as quickly as possible

if he's any kind of keeper
he'll realize w/out being told
that you need a micro-moment to
change from work mode
to relax mode

at the least,
change your blouse into something softer
--sip that wine

the best thing you can give him
is appreciation for his efforts of the day,
and enthusiasm for the evening
--asap

music that you both like
and neck massages after dinner
will get the ball rolling

What I have always found romantic is a walk together in the woods, looking at the wonders of nature. Of course, if you live where there are three meters of snow on the ground, this isn't going to work! Then I would suggest a quiet evening by a fire, reading poetry. The poems of Rumi are beautiful, exotic, and many are very romantic.

well i would have suggested sex....because i mean really million of couples are going ot be out there getting horny and their freak on. but since you said you have already done that how about take a nice trip get him something nice so he knows you care about him. but i mean really it's valentine's day so also having sex is like a must that day. also if you are going to get horny that day buy something very sluttish from victoria secret.
hope you're relationship goes great. happy v-day

If you work during the day, just go out for a romantic nite and do something nice together to show him you care

I wouldn't recommend anything sexual until after marriage. There are many romantic things, and sex doesn't need to be part of the equation.

He should be creative enough to impress you, now if you were married, that would be a totally different situation.

let him that u appreciate..him.. the most the matter that will make ur valentine special with him is to be honest about how ur feeling are to him cuz word are miracle bc one word could change a person so all u need to do is to express ur feeling to him and show him that he is spoil and at least let him that ur sorrie that u couldnt afford anything to him...at least show it to him that u meant bc it does work if u know wat to said him or how to said it to him

Tell him that you don't care 'what' you do, as long as you can spend the evening with him. Sometimes 'the simplest' statement says 'the most' ...
