We watch our own actions, and imagine (via thought) how others are reacting, and react (often by thinking).
This kind of thinking based on thinking, and reacting based on thoughts.... is an insanity cured only by paying attention only to what is here, now..... and not focusing on thought.

Yeah. I account for it two ways. First, if I am in an unpleasant situation, I chalk it up to a "prey" attitude, that I have to be careful of danger. Second, if I am at home, I consider it to be a wayward spirit watching me or even just being in the same room; I consider myself to be a "psychic sensitive" who picks up up on energies, but can't communicate with them very well.

yea more often then not

started as a kid... if it was dark, i'd run to where i was going (for example, my room) and wouldnt stop until my back was against the wall. all doors would have to be shut, and they still do expecially at night. i hate when it's dark behind me because i feel like somethings there. so much that even my heart starts to race, and i get scared so i run.

funny, i like night better than day

i think more clearly

is that weird? hmm lol
